| Seems a little embarrassing considering I didn't post saying I'd be gone, but anyway...
I'm back from Java camp (I know, how nerdy can a guy get?). So I'll be on again and such...
On a side note in order to not make this thread completely useless, what are your guy's thoughts on custom-lore vs. WoW lore. | |

| We do allow custom lore to an extent but only if it doesn't rewrite or contradict current WoW lore. | |

Parallel Storyline. I totally approve of this, in another realm, perhaps? Or maybe events? Both would be extremely fun. | |

| Scheduled events would be the best idea. Getting everyone that wants to participate on at the same time could be really helpful. | |

| Are you guys talking even to the extent of major events? I mean, obviously small things are no big deal, I kinda already got away with that, but (and this is totally arbitrary) if Thrall were suddenly human for the purpose of a plot, would that kind of thing fly with you guys? | |

| Parallel story lines or "what ifs" just don't seem like a good idea as they can easily get blown out of proportion if handled incorrectly. That being said I think it would be a lot of fun to have events taking place in the past. I was actually considering constructing Zin'Azshari along with the Temple of Azshara (including the original Well of Eternity) and have an event taking place during the War of the Ancients. Story lines such as these would allow players to access a certain depth of character. It would bring what was once just story to life... In a sense. | |
