History: (Still in development)
Joseph Ignatius was merely a lad when Stratholme's culling claimed the lifes of his parents despite being unclear if they were actually touched by the plague at all. The boy however managed to flee from the drama allong with his father's noble steed Yulia. From that very moment his existence could be described as more or less nomadic.
He has traveled to various towns, residing in inns for bed and meals and earned his keep with chores or working as blacksmith at the local smithies if there were any. When he wasn't hammering at hotglowing bars of metal he could probably be found with his nose in the books that he collected for he wished to expand his knowledge and insight about the Holy Light. Briefly before the culling he became a paladin's apprentice and now he was about to finish his study in one way or another.
For as long as he could remember Joseph always had affinity with the Light. This had probably to do with his parents being faithful members of the church. He remembers them speaking full of joy and a with glimmer in the eyes about the Holy Light and what it can mean to people and how it moves them. Eversince he wanted to become a follower of the Light himself.
Joseph started to realise more and more that Azeroth is sick. Witnessing the cruelties of the world, the suffering of the helpless weighs heavy upon his shoulders and stirred his heart. This could have made him a weaker man, but nonetheless this was not the case. Instead it granted him a major driver in his desire to make this world a better place with a more than significant contribution as a selfproclaimed missionary of the Light itself.
If you ever meet Joseph you´ll probably...
- witness him on his personal crusade, attempting to vanquish evils of any size and sort.
- watch him aiding locals with their troubles, issues and itches.
- be listening to his quasi-theological lectures or some fiery sermon.
- disturb him accidently in a library at which he'll counteract by making you the centre of loud, noisy and above all embarrassing attention.
- see bent over an anvil inscribing and ruining a masterpiece of a sword with sloppy handwriting.
