| First off, introduce yourself. Tell us anything about you: Not sure what to say, really. My name is Georgi (George), and I hail from Bulgaria. I know quite a lot of history, so I will probably use historical events and such, but recreated in the Warcraft universe. What country are you from and what language(s) do you speak?: Now comes the catchy part - I live temporary in Moscow, but my static homeland is Bulgaria (after a year or two, I will return back). The languages I know are: English, Bulgarian, Russian and some really bad German. How were you first introduced to Warcraft/World of Warcraft?: I don't really remember , but I guess it was my love for medieval-styled and fantasy worlds. I read about it somewhere, but I don't remember where >.< How did you find us?: Good ol' Google. How long have you been roleplaying?: Since 2006-2007, if I remember correctly. What types of roleplay do you enjoy?: Everything, except the so-called 'ERP'. I do not really like Arena RPs aswell, but that may change depending on the situation. Game Expansion: WoTLK. Sample of your work: - Spoiler:
The magestic knights, covered in hard steel, marched upon East, and defeated the Kingdom of Thu'lan. The great victory was followed by the creation of a great new empire, which was granted the name 'The Cralian Empire'. It's magestic ships sailed through the salty sea, bearing soldiers, as their march to glory had one more step - another Empire, smaller than Thu'lan. The men of steel were confident, that they will obitain victory. But the events didn't go quite how they expected... The Empire to the Northwest of Cralia, had no knights. It was known for it's horsemen and horse-archers. The men, not so heavily armed as the steel knights possesed beautiful land, which stole the hearts of the coming knights. The first fortress they saw was Kopriva - on the border of the now-defeated Cralian Empire. The new, self-proclaimed emperor ordered the man to camp. - This will not end well, hear me, for thy will fall! - said the personal prophet of the new emperor. The emperor raised his sight towards the prophet, and maddened by the phrophecy, he executed the phrophet. All the warlords in the tent gasped, as the robed man fell in the pool of his own blood. - Let this be a lesson for all of thee, who deem the emperor is unworthy of this land! - warned the emperor. * * *
Three days later, the seige was about to begin. The day was known as the 'Fail of the New', and the historians have described it as follows: "The lightly armored soldiers of the fortress unleashed something the emperor tought they were too dumb to think of. When the emperor's heavily armored knights began the march, they were mockingly defeated by the peoples of the Northwest. Those soldiers were ready for the fight - they had dug up a large hole in a line, and covered it with leaves and strings. The knights, foolishly, fell down to their death, on the spiked depths of the hole, and those who lived, couldn't climb up, thanks to the heavy armor they wore.". But that threat was easily defeated, because the empire used planks and made small improvised bridges. The knights marched through, but they were defeated, as the trap was a time-saver. "The emperor heard, more than saw a large army coming this way" said the great Blycationius, in his history records. The men's song was unknown, as the language sounded ancient and powerful. The emperor, scared by what may be the end of this battle, officaly said that he "...must go back to the capital, as his leg gives him pain". This was obviously a decoy, as the emperor ran away with his most trusted men. A rumor spread, that the emperor was running away, and the horsemen of the new Empire, picked up on his tail. Soon, all of the army was in fear, and was easily crushed by the "Horsemaster men of the Northwest".
* * *
Two weeks later, the new Empire fell, and the Thu'lan Empire rised again. The defeated knights were sent back home, with the memory of their defeat, and they scripted the events. That was the end of the 'Kopriva War', how they named the war after they returned.
Lastly, have you read our rules and do you agree to them?: Yes, I infact did, and I do agree. Notes: I must excuse myself, that in a brief period of time (including the time I am posting this) I have a loss of a mouse. This will hopefully not make any problems, and I can still RP fully and correctly without it. | |
